Justine specialises in shaping organisational direction, building high-performing teams and embedding a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Justine holds the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice and is a Chartered Manager.

Andrew joined the Lloyd’s market in 1983 and moved into broking in 1986. He co‑founded an independent Lloyd’s brokerage in 1987 and served as Managing Director for the final 15 years of his tenure, with a focus on marine and energy business.

Michael is a marine insurance broker with 15 years’ experience across a wide range of marine classes. Michael spent the first five years of his career on the technical side of the business, where he achieved Senior Technician/Technical Support Manager status. The last decade has been spent working in both retail and wholesale broking, where he has built strong client relationships and key market connections.

Alistair joins Arkturus as an Account Handler specialising in London market technical operations. He began his career in Fintech and FX before moving into the Lloyd’s market in 2021, where he progressed to a technical specialist role in 2023. Alistair focuses on client and broker support, bringing strong systems knowledge and process discipline to support efficient, accurate back‑office operations.

Tracy joins Arkturus as Accounts Manager, bringing extensive hands‑on experience in insurance finance and client accounting. Tracy’s background in IBA and Credit Control gives her a robust understanding of finance, client administration and operational controls.
Tracy holds the CII Diploma and combines technical knowledge with practical, client‑focused service.

Lee joins Arkturus bringing over 40 years’ specialist claims leadership in the Lloyd’s marine market. As a former Claims Director, he combines deep technical knowledge of marine claims, hands‑on experience managing major losses and a proven ability to navigate complex recoveries with insurers, P&I clubs and other stakeholders.

David has over 40 years experience advising oil and gas companies on their insurance requirements. He has designed operational package policy wordings, arranged coverage for some of the world’s largest offshore construction projects and has negotiated complex claims.

David has lectured worldwide in respect of oil and gas insurance and has written various papers, including Offshore Construction Insurance for the Oil & Gas Industry and Offshore Dismantling & Removal Insurance for the Oil & Gas Industry.

John has over 35 years’ experience in the Lloyd’s insurance market. Having qualified as an accountant with Deloitte, he initially spent time working at the Corporation of Lloyd’s in the Underwriting Agents Dept., and then with Willis in the Marine Division. He has held the Finance Director role at both SSL Insurance Brokers Ltd and ATL Marine and Energy Limited before becoming full-time with Wilson Smith Group London.

Starting her insurance career over eighteen years ago in the London insurance market, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and insight to her role. Having begun her career in 2007 as a Marine Claims Executive, she has since developed a deep and diverse understanding of both domestic and international markets. Ashley has built an extensive and impressive repertoire of experience spanning a wide variety of insurance classes including, but not limited to, Marine Hull and Machinery, Protection and Indemnity, Ports and Terminals, Cargo, Energy, Power, Construction, Entertainment, Jewellers Block and Fine Art and Specie.
